I was quite happy when David Bean graduated in '66 and went away to college, but I regret that I never took the shot except in that one moment in the blue light backstage....

A friend set me up with a blind date with a girl from Center. We hit if off and I dated her all through HS and married her the summer we graduated. We divorced in 1983. I was shocked when I asked someone at one of our reunions about where Christi was and was told she had died. I felt terrible that I never got to talk with her again. I loved just seeing her around school.
