In Memory

Timothy Craig

Timothy Craig

It is with utmost sadness that I report that my dearest friend since 1959, Tim Craig, died this morning, 7-11-2015, at approximately 2:00 a.m. E.S.T. in Del Ray Beach, Florida. Closer than many brothers, we have been through countless adventures together, shared all aspects of our personal lives, and have probably been soul mates as much as anyone could be...in a straight way! He was best man at my first wedding and has been my best man for over half a century. I cannot express how deeply saddened I am. I shall miss him immensely. I love ya, man. - Doug Noblet

I remember trick or treating for UNICEF with Tim.  He was fun and funny and handsome.  We had a blast that night with those little rectangular coin boxes.

I remember betting Tim, he could not knock me out. We put on the boxing gloves, (all in fun, we loved each other). Well he won. He had a hell of a punch. Funny I was just telling that story to my wife, hoping to see him at the next get together. He was a great person. I will miss him at the next get together.

It has taken me a long time to comment on Tim's death.  With sentimental memories, we usually recall our "first love," and Tim was mine.  He and I had recently reconnected over Facebook, and it was fun to catch up on the last 100 years. - well almost. Tim was a wonderful person and I hope his family has nothing but wonderful memories to which they are clinging.
