Jim graduated from Westminster College, Fulton, MO in 1971. He was a Diving Officer and Line Officer in the US Navy. After his separation from the service, Jim went to Law School at MU Columbia. He served as Prosecuting Attorney of Camden County for 28 years. Jim was an avid golfer and accomplished outdoorsman.
